body/landscape

The body in and as landscape, images of emerged landscapes and imagined places formed by bodies and the spaces between.

A series of hand transferred photographic prints on paper and a slide projection express the incongruity of us as modern beings in the natural world; a separation between the natural landscape and our daily human activity.

These prints express a felt detachment with the natural world, with accompanying writings highlighting vulnerabilities with the realities of human nature.
